Recycled Sushi

We know Alex is a martial artist of sorts. We also know that he threatened to fight Anubis, who manifests fire from the pads of his claws/hands (whatever they are). Well, Alex has been busy trying to summon Anubis in order to get this fight. But, the summoning yielded other results. Anywho, despite that, there's still a fight going, but I just don't know where and when. Whatever satisfies the active fighty libido of that crazy Asian man. I guess work isn't as satisfying anymore. And the zombie interns are harder to torment.

But, here's a teaser (I still have to color it) for Anubis' fight poster. I haven't started coloring it yet, so it's just the line art and junk:

It's just one of those other little small storylines that keeps my mind occupied. Something about … never mind.

Stopped working on creating sweat because it keeps looking like cum drippings to work on shading in the musculature of Anubis. Progress:

I still need help with the sweat though. It is vital that this drawing have sweat on his abs and pecs because otherwise that towel he's holding doesn't make sense.

All in all, it was a fun trial-and-error two days of drawing. Now, I'm off to redraw Alex so I can combine them into a fight promotional poster. And draw the comic for Tuesday. :I
